ORDER :

1. This petition is filed under Section 438 of Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’) seeking pre arrest bail to the petitioner/Accused-4 in the event of her arrest in connection with Crime No. 287 of 2021 of the Station House Officer, Thulluru Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 409, 420 read with 34 IPC.

A report was lodged by the complainant namely Pritam Lal Gangwani S/o Balak Ram Gangwani, Regional Manager of Central Bank of India, Regional Office, Laxmipuram, Guntur, wherein it was stated that 19 persons who are having gold loan accounts in Central Bank of India, Mandadam branch availed loan amount of Rs. 16,26,851/- in different transactions. They individually approached to Central Bank of India at Mandadam branch, Thulluru Mandal, and got sanctioned gold loans against pledge of gold ornaments, which were subsequently found out to be spurious ornaments.
