Heard Sri Karumanchi Indraneel Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri G.V.S.Kishore Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The present writ petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-

“……. to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the orders of the respondent issued vide Ref:84/8370/SARFAESI-PN/2377/773/2140 dated 1.10.2021 and subsequent paper publication dated 09.11.2021 under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 contrary to the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and the Security Interest Rules made thereunder and illegally locking the property as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and the Enforcement Rules, 2002 and without jurisdiction and set aside the same and to pass….”
