ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings, dated 27.09.2022, of the 3rd respondent Joint Collector of Chittoor District, in issuing supply order in favour of 5th respondent for supply of Y.S.R. Sampoorna Poshana Kits to 21 ICDS projects covering three districts i.e., Chittoor, Tirupati and Annamayya Districts, for a period of eleven months i.e. from 01.10.2022 to 30.08.2023, alleging that the said proceedings are illegal and consequently, prayed to set aside the said order.

2. Heard Sri V.Venugopal Rao, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare appearing for respondents 1 to 4; and Sri R.N.Hemendranath Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 5th respondent.

3. The 4th respondent Project Director, District Women and Child Development Agency of the composite Chittoor District, issued e-procurement tender notification on 14.09.2021 for supply of Y.S.R. Sampoorna Poshana Kits in the erstwhile District of Chittoor, consisting of the present Chittoor, Tirupati and Annamayya Districts. The petitioner has submitted his tender.
