JUDGMENT

Dr. K. Manmadha Rao, J. - When the matter was listed on 04.11.2022, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as such, this Court directed the Registry, the matter to be listed to 25.11.2022 under the caption of 'Specially Identified Cases'.

2. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that, the petitioner have no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

4. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
