JUDGMENT

B.V.L.N. Chakravarthi, J. - Learned counsel Smt. A.Jayanthi, representing revision-petitioner submitted that in this case the Original Suit No.443 of 2011 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court, Tenali was 'disposed of' on 31.08.2007 and the said suit was dismissed and the present revision petition was preferred by the defendants in the said suit. In view of disposal of the suit in Original Suit No.443 of 2011, the revision petition becomes infructuous and the same may be dismissed.

2. Accordingly, in that view of the matter, Revision Petition is Dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
