This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 374 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 praying to set-aside the order of conviction passed by the Presiding Officer, FTCII, Bidar, in S.C.No.59/2009 dated 7.5.2010, convicting the appellant/accused for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 306 of the IPC and the accused is sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for six months for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the IPC and the accused is sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for four years and shall pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- in default of payment of fine, he shall undergo simple imprisonment for one year for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC.)
