Judgment :

1. Learned Counsel for the petitioners having argued the matter for sometime submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to renew his request for bail soon after the evidence is recorded and further requests to issue direction to the Sessions Judge of Fast Track Court to complete the trial expeditiously.

2. In view of the submissions made, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Petitioners are at liberty to renew their request for bail soon after completion of examination of material witnesses.

Any how, learned Sessions Judge of Fast Track Court is directed to complete the trial preferably within six months from the date of committal of case of the Sessions Court.
