1. Sri R.B. Sathyanarayana Singh, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of the learned Counsel on both sides, petition is taken up for final hearing.
2. The petitioner, a recreation club, registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 filed this writ petition to direct the respondents not to insist to obtain and produce a licence under the Public Amusement Order and not to interfere with the activities of the club, as long as it carries on activities permitted by law.
3. Petitioner is identically placed as that of petitioner in W.P. No. 31043 of 2014, decided on 9-10-2014. Therein it was ordered as follows:
"(i) The petitioner shall install within a period of six weeks, CC TV cameras, at all the places of access to its members and also at all the places, wherein games is/are played by the members. The CC TV footage of at least prior 15 days' period shall be made available by the petitioner to the police, as and when called upon to do so.
(ii) The petitioner shall issue identity cards to all its members, which shall be produced by the members, when called upon by the police, during the raids and surveillance etc.
