2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.

3. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.2 dated 17.07.2018, 23.08.2013 and 10.12.2018.

4. Facts giving rise to the filing of the petition briefly stated are that the petitioner is a Infrastructure company which is engaged in the business of civil construction, mechanical structural work etc. For construction of High School, hostel block, kindergarten for police public school at Jalapuri, Mysore, a tender was floated by respondent No.2.
