In this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 26.11.2019 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal for short), by which application preferred by the petitioner, in which challenge was made to the order dated 23.10.2019 has been dismissed.
