JUDGMENT
K Natarajan, J. - This appeal is filed by the Accused No.2 against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 16/22.4.2015 passed in S.C. No.54/2013 by the II Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Chickballapur (sitting at Chintamani) {hereinafter referred to as the Trial Court } for having convicted her for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code ( IPC for short) and sentencing her to undergo imprisonment for life with fine of Rs.10,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC and Simple Imprisonment for 3 years with fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 201 of IPC with default sentence.
2. For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their ranking before the Trial Court.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on the complaint of PW.1 (son of the deceased and Accused No.2), Shidlaghatta Town Police registered a case against the Accused No.1 Aslam and present appellant (Accused No.2) for the above said offences. It is alleged by the complainant PW.1 in his complaint filed as per Ex.P1 that his parents (the deceased and Accused No.2) along with himself and his wife
