JUDGMENT - Justice G.G. LONEY, President:—In this complaint, it is alleged by the complainant that he had booked a flat bearing No. 6-B in a scheme quoted by the Opposite parties 1 and 2. The complainant further alleged that he paid Rs. 30,000/-. He further alleged that he paid Rs. 13,000/- to opposite party No. 3. It is the allegation of the complainant that he had very good relations with opposite party No. 3 and therefore, through him he had booked the flat in question. It also alleged that complainant paid Rs. 13,000/- on 15-1-1990 as demanded by opposite party No. 3. The complainant alleged that he was to obtain loan for the purchase of the flat but the opposite parties did not oblige him by giving him all the necessary documents to facilitate him to obtain the loan. According to complainant, since he could not get the loan for want of the necessary documents from the opposite party, he has been put to loss. He also alleged that Rs. 43,000/- which he paid for the aforesaid flat are still lying with the opposite parties. The complainant therefore, submitted that he is ready and willing to purchase the aforesaid flat and to perform all the necessary acts for getting sale deed e
