JUDGMENT - T.K. CHANDRASHEKHARA DAS, J.:---Rule. Returnable forthwith. Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner approached this Court by way of this writ petition with the following prayers.

(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the record of the petitioner's case and after examining legality, validity and propriety thereof, to quash and/or set aside the impugned orders dated 25th February, 1999, 8th March, 1999 and 13th April, 1999, (Exhibits 'F', 'G' and 'J' respectively) as well as conveyance dated 21st April 1999 executed in favour of respondent No. 4 KPDL and their nominees;

(b) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction restraining respondent No. 4 KPDL from acting in furtherance of the impugned orders dated 25th February, 1999, 8th March, 1999 and 13th April, 1999, (Exhibits 'F', 'G' and 'J' respectively) as well as the conveyance dated 21st April, 1999 and from in any manner whatsoever taking any steps in furtherance of the same and to further
