Headnote:Section 91 (I) - Matters regarding salary, question of declaration of wrongful termination of the services and reinstatement of the employees - Jurisdiction of Co - operative Court under Section 91 (1) of the Act - Held, Co - operative Court competent to deal with matters regarding salary and wrongful termination and the dispute would very much falling under the provisions of Section 91 (1)"The effect of the declaration of the relief for reinstatement would not be possible within the scope of Section 91 (1) - But the nature of order of acceptance of resignation could be decided by the Co - operative Court under Section 91 (1), so as to consider the claim of damages in lieu of such wrongful act.
