Headnote:Sections 78 and 110-A-(As amended by Act 58 of 1959)-No embargo on powers of Registrar when the proceeds to remove committee of an insured co-operative Bank under Section 78- Reserve Bank of India not empowered to issue direction to Registrar in such a case-Reserve Bank of India can issue direction for removal of Committee only when conditions mentioned in Section 110-A exist-In such a case Registrar obliged to order removal of committee of an insured co-coperative Bank.
