       Covered by definition of establishment under Section 2 (8). Bombay Shops and Establishments Act amenable to provisions of Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act-Such employers employed security guards covered under provisions of the Act and scheme framed under irrespective of place where they been allotted work.
