Headnote:Sections 20 and 21-Arms Act, 1959-Section 25 r/w Section 7"Possession"-Must be conscious and intelligent.

       Possession implies dominion and consciousness in the mind of the person having dominion over an object that he has it and that he can exercise it. Possession most be conscious and intelligent possession and not merely the physical of the accused in proximity or even in close proximity to the object.
