       Section 2(b)-Civil contempt -Requisites to constitute it-There must be deliberate flouting of courts order-Mere proof of disobedience is not sufficient-There being only minister protection of executive instructions-Held, in absence of any deliberate flouting of orders, there is no civil contempt.
