1.Today the judgment is pronounced by us in this matter. Registry is directed to list all cases specifically mentioned and even all other cases relating to redevelopment of SRA schemes before the appropriate Bench under the head indicated in the judgment.

2. Learned Advocate General appearing for the State has assured the Court that expeditious steps would be taken to constitute the High Powered Committee as specified in this order so that the matter can be dealt with expeditiously.

3. We further direct that the Registry shall place a notice on the Notice Board of the Bar Associations, requesting the learned counsel appearing for the parties to take down the numbers of all the writ petitions which involve the determination of the questions referred to in the Full Bench Judgment. Notice shall be put up within one week from today giving adequate time to the counsel appearing for the parties and for listing the matter immediately after reopening of the court.
