The Writ Petition No.11228/2010 is filed challenging the order passed by the respondent No.1 on 30.7.2004 under Section 7 and 7-Q of the Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 as well as the order passed by respondent No.2 in ATA No.696(9)2004 on 20.9.2010 whereas Writ Petition No.11232/2010 is filed challenging the order passed by the respondent No.1 on 4.8.2004 under Section 7-A and 7-Q of the said Act as well as the order passed by respondent No.2 in ATA No.697(9)2004 on 20.9.2010.
