1. The present criminal applications have been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against issue of process under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The parties are common and the process issued is being challenged on similar grounds. The matters have been argued together and thus, by this common judgment, the same are being disposed.
