1. Shri Sudesh Usgaonkar, learned Advocate came to be heard on behalf of the petitioner and Shri Shivan Desai, learned Advocate on behalf of the respondents.

This petition takes exception to the order dated 25/02/2016 passed by the Administrative Tribunal disposing the petitioner's appeal against the order overruling the petitioner's objection to the partition and the final order passed by the Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Officer confirming the partition of the property applied for by the respondents no.1 in respect of the Survey No.328/1 of Village Loliem. The petitioner had filed the appeal under the Land Revenue Code, 1968 (Act for short hereinafter) bearing no.49/13 assailing the order dated 25/07/2013 and the other appeal no.3/2014 against the confirmation and final order both dated 4/12/2013 which the Appellate Court disposed off by the common impugned order.
