By this Appeal, the Appellant (Original Petitioner - husband before the Family Court) has challenged the judgment and decree dated 24th August, 2015 passed by the Family Court, Mumbai at Bandra. By this judgment, the Petition of the Appellant for divorce on the ground of cruelty under section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was dismissed and the Appellant was directed to pay maintenance for the child @ Rs.15,000/- per month from the date of filing of the Written Statement by the Respondent - wife before the Family Court. The relief of injunction claimed by the Appellant - husband was also rejected by the Trial Court. It is being aggrieved by this judgment and decree of the Family Court that the present Appeal has been filed.

2. The brief facts giving rise to the present Appeal are as under :-

The Appellant herein was the Original Petitioner-husband before the Family Court. The Respondent herein was the Original Respondent-wife before the Family Court. The marriage between the Appellant and the Respondent was solemnized on 5th December, 2006 at the Cricket Club of India Lawns, Churchgate, Mumbai.
