1. Present appeal has been filed by the original defendants No.1 and 2 challenging the concurrent findings of both the Courts below. Present respondent No.1 had filed Regular Civil Suit No.250 of 1997 before Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gangapur for partition and separate possession.
