Versus
State of Maharashtra – Respondent

Advocates Appeared:
R.B. Dhakane, Adv., N.T. Bhagat, Adv.

JUDGMENT :

Ravindra V Ghuge, J.

(d) Dipali @ Surekha is untraceable and Mukund has not lodged any missing complaint with any police station stating that she is missing.

(e) The petitioner was earlier disqualified by the order of the District Collector dated 21.08.2017 for having more than two children and the third child having been born after 13.09.2000.

(f) The petition
