JUDGMENT

Manish Pitale, J. - It is pointed out by Mr. Faldessai, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that there appears to be a typographical error in the representation of the first Respondent inasmuch as the said Respondent ought to be represented through Police Station Cuncolim instead of Canacona Police Station.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that appropriate amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

3. Hence, leave is granted to carry out the aforesaid amendment forthwith.

4. At the request of the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, list for further consideration on 02.12.2021.
