JUDGMENT

Madhav J. Jamdar, J. - It appears that by order dated 31st May, 2021 passed in Bail Application No. 396 of 2021 the learned Session Judge granted bail on the condition to furnish surety.

2. By order dated 25th August, 2021 the learned Session Judge granted two weeks time as last chance to furnish surety in relation to said order dated 31st May, 2021 passed in bail application No. 396 of 2021.

3. The applicant filed Criminal Application No. 876 of 2021 in this Court seeking cash bail. However, this Court directed him to furnish surety within extended period of 3 weeks.

4. Mr. Rahul Tiwari, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant states that if the time is extended, then he will be able to furnish surety.

5. In view of above submission, the time granted by order dated 11th October, 2021 passed in Criminal Application No. 876 of 2021 is extended for further period of two weeks from today.

6. The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
