N. J. Jamadar, J. - Heard Ms. Ayyappan, the learned Counsel for the appellant.

2. None appears for the respondents though P. Padmanabh and Associates have filed Vakalatnama. In the circumstances of the case, it may be expedient to hear the respondents before the interim order is passed.

3. Hence, list on 17th December, 2021.

4. The learned Counsel for the appellant is requested to give a notice to the Counsel for the respondents about the listing of the matter on 17th December, 2021.

5. In the meanwhile, the interim order, dated 20th November, 2021, granted by the lower court, in the nature of protection, shall stand extended till 17th December, 2021.
