JUDGMENT
1. By this application, the applicant Mapusa Municipal Council through its Chief Officer seeks the extension of time to comply with the directions/observations given by this Court in terms of the order dated 28th June 2021.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order dated 28th June 2021 directing the applicant to dispose of the show cause notice dated 26th May 2020 and take action in terms of the work stoppage order dated 2nd June 2021 could not be complied with as the concerned officer was indisposed and unwell. He submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the show cause notice dated 26th May 2020 and the work stoppage order dated 2nd June 2021 by the applicant authority expeditiously and in any event within three weeks from today i.e. on or before 23rd December 2021. All parties have assured to cooperate the applicant authority in the expeditious disposal of the aforesaid show cause notice. It is made clear that no further time will be granted and the said period is extended only by way of indulgence.
3. Mr. Padiyar states that the date to appear before the applicant is tomorrow. All parties have assured to appear before the applicant tomorrow i.e.
