JUDGMENT
Manish Pitale, J. - Mr. Keny, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has pointed out that although this Court has granted bail to the applicant for having deposited the compensation amount but, further condition of submitting bond etc is not imposed.
2. In view of the above, paragraph no. 4 of the order date 29. 11.2021 shall be read as "In view of the above, the present application is allowed. Accordingly, the sentence imposed upon the applicant is suspended and he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.5000/-, in the light of the fact that the applicant has already deposited the amount of compensation."
3. Correction in the order dated 29.11.2021 be carried out forthwith and be uploaded on the website of the High Court.
4. Authenticated copy of this order be expedited.
