Manish Pitale, J. - In this Petition, after hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the rival parties for sometime, this Court is of the opinion that a detailed hearing is warranted.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has already placed on record a note giving the chronology of dates and events as also submissions and relevant Judgments have been annexed thereto.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents may file their submissions along with compilation of Judgments within a period of two weeks from today.
4. List for final disposal on 21.12.2021.
5. Interim relief granted earlier shall continue to operate.
