JUDGMENT

1. Heard Mr. Vijay Palekar, learned counsel for the Applicants and Mr. D. Pangam, learned Advocate General along with respective learned Additional Government Advocates for the Respondents.

2. By this applications, the Applicants are seeking direction to restrain the Respondents from continuing with the process of recruitment on the basis of the impugned Recruitment Rules of 2021 dtd. 23/9/2021 and the advertisement dtd. 15/10/2021.

3. It is informed by the learned Advocate General that the written test is scheduled on 14 of this month. It will not be proper to halt the recruitment process itself. As such, the applications are liable to be rejected. It is made clear that further recruitment process will be subject to the outcome of the petitions. Applications are disposed of accordingly.

4. Petitions to be listed before the regular Bench on 17/11/2021.
