JUDGMENT
K. P. S. Sandhu, J.-Tbree brothers, namely, Jaswant Singh, Hardevinder Singh and Harbans Singh and one Virsa Singh stand convicted and sentenced as under:
(1) Jaswant Singh appellant was convicted and sentenced to five years' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 500. in default further six months' rigorous imprisonment, under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, to two years' rigorous imprisonment under Section 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and to one year's rigorous imprisonment under Section 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(2) Harbans Singh appellant was convicted and sentenced to three years' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 400, in default further six months' rigorous imprisonment, under Section 307/34 of Indian Penal Code, to two years' rigorous imprisonment under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code and to one years rigorous imprisonment under Section 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(3) Hardevinder Singh appellant was convicted and sentenced to three years' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 400, in default further six months' rigorous imprisonment, under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, to two years' rigorous imprisonment unde
