P K. Sethuraman. J. - This petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and 'upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K. Shanmugahani, Advocate or, the petitioner and of Mr. S.I. Jagadev, Advocate for the 1st Respondent and the notice sent to Respondents 2 to 6 not having been' returned, either served or un-served, the Court made the following order: The petitioner is the first accused in C.C. No. 13217 of 1987 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore;' Madras. This is a petition praying to call for the records in C.C.
