ORDER

Ramesh Madhav Bapat, J. - The sole accused in Sessions Case No. 27 of 1990 which was pending on the file of the Third Additional, Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad is the appellant herein. The appellant was facing in all two charges. The first charge was under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The second charge was under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. On evidence the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge held that the Prosecution was able to prove both the charges against the accused appellant. Therefore, he was convicted and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years and to pay a fine of Rs. 1,000/- in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for-three months each on each count. The substantive sentences were made to run concurrently. Being aggrieved by the aforesaid order of conviction and sentence, the accused-appellant has filed this appeal on the various grounds stated in the appeal memo.
