JUDGMENT (CAV)

Gautam Chourdiya, J.—Since both these appeals arise out of the judgment dated 8th February, 2013 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Janjgir, Distt. Janjgir-Champa (CG) in ST No.04/2012, they are being disposed of by this common judgment. By the impugned judgment, each of the accused/appellants stands convicted and sentenced as under:

Sentence

Under Section 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

RI for six months, fine of Rs.500/-, in default to undergo additional RI for one month.

Under Section 376(g)/34 of Indian Penal Code.

RI for ten years, fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default to undergo additional RI for six months.

Under Section 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Life imprisonment, fine of Rs.3,000/-, in default to undergo additional RI for six months.

Under Section 201/34 of

Indian Penal Code.

RI for three years, fine of Rs.300/-, in default to undergo additional RI for one month.

All the sentences were directed to run concurrently.
