JUDGMENT

Bisht, J.—The present appeals have been preferred against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 30th November, 2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge at Sewree, Mumbai, in Sessions Case No.318 of 2011, wherein the learned trial Court was pleased to convict the appellants under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Section 324 read with 34 of the IPC and Section 506 (II) read with 34 of the IPC and sentenced them to suffer life imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/- each, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 6 months for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with 34 of IPC, sentenced them to suffer imprisonment for 1 year and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- each, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 1 month for the offence punishable under Section 324 read with 34 of IPC and also sentenced to suffer imprisonment for 6 months and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- each, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for 15 days for the offence punishable under Section 502 (II) read with 34 of IPC. The substantive sentences, however, are directed to run concurrently.
