Ashok Kumar Gaur, J.—This petition has been filed against the notice dt.12.05.2018 published by the respondent-Bank exercising the power under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as “Act of 2002”).

2. This Court on 25.05.2018 passed a conditional interim order asking the petitioner to deposit Rs.50 lakhs within a period of one month i.e. by 30.06.2018 and the respondents have restrained from proceeding further with their notice issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFESI Act, 2002 published in the newspaper on 12.05.2018.

3. One Misc. Application No.92075/2018 has been filed by one applicant/guarantor for impleadment as party respondent in the instant petition.

4. Mr. Anurag Kalavatiya, has submitted that though the interim order was passed by this Court, however, he is not in a position to make a statement whether compliance of order dt.25.05.2018 was made by the petitioners or not.
