S.S.Hasan, J.

1. The Registrar of this High Court is directed to obtain the list of cases from all the District Judges of Bihar pending in their district under Sec.27(3) of the Juvenile Justice Act, 1986 including the list of accused persons in the case with their ages. The information should be sought within two months. The report should be submitted to this Court.

2. Let this case be placed in my chamber if we are not sitting together on receipt of the report. He should also direct all the District Judges in the light of the Supreme Court decision reported in -- to get all cases disposed of by courts under his jurisdiction arising out of Juvenile Justice Act within three months from the date of receipt of this communication.

3. Let a copy of this order be handed over to the counsel for the petitioner and also the State for informing appropriate department to take steps at the prosecution level to see that the trial should not be delayed.
