S.K.Sinha, J.

1. As above group of writ applications involves the issue common in nature, as such, with consent of the parties, they all have been heard together and are being finally disposed of by this common order.

2. The writ petitioners are aggrieved on account of non-consideration of their cases for appointment as Panchayat Teachers in different schools under the respondent no. 8 under the provisions of the Bihar Panchayat Primary Teachers (Employment & Service Conditions) Rules, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the "Statutory Rule")

3. Pursuant to an advertisement issued inviting applications for appointment on the post of Teachers, the writ petitioners applied for their appointment claiming to have fulfilled the necessary qualifications for such appointment as advertised.

4. It is the common plea of the writ petitioners that their cases for appointment on the post of Teachers are not being considered solely on the ground that they have obtained the Teachers Training Certificate from the Bhartiya Siksha Parishad, Lucknow, U.P, a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, (21 of 1860).
