ORDER

As a matter of fact, nothing needs to be done in this contempt petition as the order dated 18.1.2000 which is said to have been disobeyed, ultimately went to the Supreme Court. The matter appears to have been disposed of by the Supreme Court now.

2. In paragraphs 10 & 11 of the show cause filed on behalf of Opposite Party No.2- Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, it is stated thus:-

"That for the aforesaid purpose the Hon'ble Supreme Court was pleased to direct the Chief Secretary of the State of Bihar to constitute a committee comprising of two officers and one educationist of repute and/or a retired judicial officer and the said committee has been directed to submit a report before the Chief Secretary within three months upon scrutinizing the claims of institution and the teaching and non-teaching staffs.

That on the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, a three-man committee was constituted for the purpose of examining the selection of schools, and the personal grievances of the teaching and non-teaching staffs of the project schools of 1984-85 phase, vide memo no.41 (P) dated 9.3.2006."

3. It further transpires from the subsequent reply that three men committee invited the
