C.W.J.C. Nos. 2704/1995 (R) and 586/1996 (R), though disposed of a common judgment, dated 26.6.1997 were separately dealt with in the judgment. Paras 2 to 32 (from pages 2 to 13) [Pages 157 to 163 of PLJR] of the judgment dealt with C.W.J.C. No. 586/1996 (R) and paras 33 to 62 (from pages 13 to 26) [Pages 163 to 170 of PLJR] dealt with C.W.J.C. No. 2704/1995 (R).

2. In has come to our notice that in the margin on pages 2 and 13 the case number of one case has been typed in place of the other. It is accordingly directed that in the margin on page 2 the case number would read as C.W.J.C. No. 586/1996 (R) and in the margin on page 13 of the judgment the case number would read as C.W.J.C. No. 2704/1995 (R).

3. Let necessary corrections be carried out in the judgment as well as in the certified copies of the judgment, if any, issued.
