The present criminal revision application, under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Code’) has been filed against the judgment and order, dated 19.11.2005, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. V, Bhagalpur, in Criminal Appeal No. 83 of 20025/Trial No. 04 of 2005, whereby it has upheld the judgment and order of the learned Trial Court, dated 07.08.2002, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur, in Trial No. 291 of 2002, whereby the learned Trial Court has recorded conviction of the appellant of the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 326 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and has sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for three months, for the offence under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code, rigorous imprisonment for a period of 1½ years for the offence punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code and rigorous imprisonment for three years for the offence under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code.
