JUDGMENT

Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: -

"I. For direction to the Respondents to release the Four Wheeler vehicle Maruti Swift ZXL bearing Registration No.WB74 AX-9766 in favour of the petitioner which had been seized in connection with Special Case No. 81/2020 instituted for the offence under section 30(a), 56(b) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

II. For any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 22.12.2020, passed in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.9592 of 2020 (Dharmendra Mahto versus The State of Bihar).
