JUDGMENT
Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J. - The matter has been heard via video conferencing.
2. The case has been taken up out of turn on the basis of motion slip filed by learned counsel for the petitioner on 06.08.2021, which was allowed.
3. Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Rita Verma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the State.
4. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rahui PS Case No. 337 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020, instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.
5. The allegation against the petitioner and five others is of having threatened the informant earlier and thereafter, specifically against the petitioner that he fired from the pistol on the mother of the informant which scraped the upper part of her head.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the reason given for the occurrence is dispute relating to drainage as the parties are neighbours and for the same incident, there is also a counter case.
