Mohit Kumar Shah, J. – The present revision petition has been filed against the order dated 20.03.2018 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda (Biharsharif) in Maintenance Case No. 139(M) of 2015 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs. 2000/- to the opposite party no.2 (wife) and Rs. 1000/- each to the three children i.e. the Opposite Party Nos. 3 to 5.
2. The brief facts of the case, according to the complaint petition of the Opposite Party no.2 filed under Section 125 of the Cr. P. C. on her as well as on behalf of her three minor children, is that the marriage of the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 was solemnized in the year 2002 and at the time of marriage jewelry, clothes, silver, utensil etc. were given to the petitioner and his family members as gifts, whereupon out of the said wedlock three children were born. It is the complain of the opposite party no.2 that the petitioner used to beat her regularly, after marriage, on account of non-fulfillment of demand for dowry and ultimately on 15.05.2012, the petitioner had assaulted the opposite party no.2 and ousted her from matrimonial home, thereafter she had come to
