Since both these appeals arise out of the same judgment and order of the learned Trial Court, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by the present common judgment and order.

2. These appeals have been preferred by the appellants under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) assailing the judgment of conviction dated 09.04.2018 and order of sentence dated 12.04.2018 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Motihari in POCSO Trial No. 28 of 2016 arising out of Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 325 of 2016, whereby the appellants have been convicted and sentenced as under:
