1. Both the appeals have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common judgment.
2. We have heard Mr. Indu Bhushan Prasad assisted by Mr. Dhananjay Mishra, the learned Advocates for both the appellants and Mr. Binod Bihari Singh, the learned APP for the State.
3. Appellant Dina Goswami in Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 473 of 2017 has been convicted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for the remainder of his life and to pay a fine of Rs.25,000/- for the offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and R.I. for three years and fine of Rs. 10,000/-for the offence under Section 27 of the Arms Act, the sentences having been directed to run concurrently vide judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 25.02.2017/28.02.2017 respectively passed by the learned 5th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Munger in Sessions Trial No. 312 of 2011 arising out of Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 92/2002.
4. Appellants / Madan Goswami and Narayan Goswami in Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 507 of 2011 have also been convicted under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and have been sent
