( 1 ) THIS appeal is directed against the judgment and order passed on 20th August, 1985 in C. O. No. 19863 (W) of 1984. By the aforesaid judgment, the learned Trial Judge dismissed the writ petition moved by the appellant Sri Anand Prakash Sexana against the order of removal from service passed against the said Sexana by the respondent No. 3, the Director (Inspection and Quality Control), Export Inspection Council of India.
( 2 ) THE case of the appellant is inter alia that he was appointed as Assistant Director (Chemical) of the Export Inspection Agency by the Export Inspection Council of India sometime in July, 1971. The writ petitioner appellant was confirmed to the said post sometime in February, 1975 and was later on promoted to the post of Deputy Director (Chemical) and was ultimately transferred to Calcutta Office of the Export Inspection Agency. The petitioner was later on transferred to Bombay and was again transferred to Calcutta sometime in 1979 and was holding the said post of the Deputy Director in the Calcutta Office.
