2. MAT 364 of 2018 is an appeal filed by All India Trinamool Congress against an order dated 12th April, 2018, passed by a learned Single Judge in CAN 2188 of 2018 arising out of AST 9 of 2018 [WP 4716 (W) of 2018] (Bharatiya Janata Party & Anr. vs. The State Election Commission & Ors.).
